God keep Ukraine safe from harm
To make decisions clear and calm
Let them prevail against the foe
Who kills for reasons we don’t know

A million souls lost to senseless strife
Greed has caused this loss of life
I'll never understand
the mentality of men who lead,
to conscript unwilling armies
to do the devil's deed
------------
Far away, cowardly,
they sit upon their thrones
While on the bloody battlefield,
their soldiers die from drones
God Bless Ukrainian soldiers to see this freedom fight right through
Just like David and Goliath they are winning too
------------
In their darkest hours,
be protected by God's light
Pray that he will guide them
to win this horrific fight
Their courage comes from deep within
To find the strength to fight again
------------
God blessed Ukraine with faith,
to fight an unfair war
Killing innocent civilians
is the devil's chore
You’re fighting for us also
to show how the good defeats the bad
Anyone who doesn’t see that
is naive and that is sad
------------
May God always be by your side
as you fight for freedom rare
Rest assured and confident
that there are millions that do care.

Blessings come from God
to bestow upon each soul
He knows exactly what you need
to make you as a whole

All the lessons that you learn,
all the trials that you may face
Are designed to elevate your soul
to a higher place

Abundance does not mean
worldly goods
as we leave this life without them
Only your soul goes to afterlife in Heaven

Maybe you were blessed,
with always being kind
Or maybe your blessing
is a really brilliant mind

Or have the most beautiful voice
to sing it quite out loud
Or doing something so heroic
to make someone very proud

Blessings are never money
or material wealth
Blessings are treasures such as love,
sound mind and perfect health.

When times are bad, and you feel low
With seemingly no-where to go
You’ve made bad choices, hit a wall
From everyones’ grace you fall
Challenges are everywhere
You’ve given up, no longer care

Look to God for guiding light
He’s always there – just out of sight
Protecting those with kind of heart
His love was there right from the start
Sometimes when off the path we stray
He’ll gently nudge us back his way
--------------
Pray to him for a better day
He’s hearing every word you say
Unconditional love, and light
He will make all things right
--------------
Talk to God, he is there
He'll support you anywhere
He’ll hear you, help you heal the pain
And you’ll never be alone again
--------------
God bless the Homeless people
and show them that we care,
when we are in a better place,
our worldly goods should share
--------------
A job could be the difference
between poverty and wealth
A warm place to live and food
can save their mental health
Be kind unto your neighbour
as they would do for you
as if the shoe was on the other foot
you would like this to be true

If you have many blessings
you should thank your lucky stars
that your not a homeless mother
who's children sleep in cars
Or a person who's succumbed
to addictions of all kinds
These people come from tragedy
to deaden painful minds
--------------
Just spare a thought for someone
sleeping in the cold
This can be all types of people
from very young to very old
It's the responsibility of all of us,
to put programs into place
That care for those less fortunate
and do it with some grace
--------------
Who cares about the funding
of some superficial deal
When there are people on our streets
who go without a meal
--------------
Please donate what you can
when the target is the needy
Keep us all compassionate and
try not to be too greedy
If everyone reached out
and homeless problems face
The world would definitely
be a nicer, better place
--------------
Charity is a wonderful thing,
and we need to give to others
Let’s start by looking out for
our family, friends and brothers
--------------
If you have been blessed with gifts
that drive you to succeed
Maybe you should think of giving,
when others are in need
--------------
Let’s start by giving support to
someone living in despair
Let’s extend a hand to raise them up
and show them that you care
--------------
God gave you all these gifts
as a test to see you through
He knows that when you’re tested,
you’ll do the right thing too
--------------
Giving love to the homeless,
the weaker and the pale,
Help a drug addicted person
who’s tortured soul is frail
--------------
Charity begins at home,
so casually we say
People starving locally,
there has to be a way
--------------
That we can have our fill
and any that is spare
Can be given to a needy soul
to show them that we care
--------------
Blessings are a gift from God
and in appreciation
We can pass it forward and
help the people of all nations.

BIRTH
God chooses when we are born,
when the timing is just right
To bless a man and woman
with a bundle of delight

All the planets do align,
and we arrive unto this worldly place
This isn’t just coincidence,
it’s by God’s divining grace
------------
A baby has a soul so pure
when they first arrive
They need the love and caring
of their mother to survive
------------
Everything is planned
so we fulfill our dreams
Of things he wants us to achieve
or so it often seems
------------
Every soul that’s born
has a special purpose to complete
He’s holding us accountable
for deeds until we meet
------------
The values that we choose,
mould our unique character
And people decide
how they perceive us,
sometimes from afar
------------
We face life’s trials and tribulations
each and every day
God gave us rules to help us and
guide us on our way
------------
Were we kind to other people
for no reason, just because
Did we do things to get returns
or have a hidden cause
------------
As judgement day approaches
we reflect upon our life
Were we the best that we could be,
or cause anarchy and strife
------------
In your life in general,
he hopes that you can say
I did my best to honour God and
only sometimes lost my way
------------
Wisdom comes from many years
You learn from situations
and facing all your fears

Do we take the time to listen,
and do we really care?
to value the knowledge
that oldies have to share
-------------
A lifetime teaches lessons
that are experienced over time,
it sees the many changes
from bad to the sublime
-------------
Born before computers,
when people had to talk
You could not text your message
and sometimes you had to walk
-------------
They had morals and high standards
and a sense of decency
They would never shaft their neighbour,
to get ahead you see
-------------
For fun they’d share a meal
or a beer between good friends
People had nothing much
and friendship made amends
-------------
A sense of community
and people really cared
You celebrated a friend’s success,
their achievements often shared
-------------
Unlike today,
where wealth and money are the key
It’s everyone for themselves,
at a cost to you and me
-------------
Their bodies may be older,
but their eyes have seen so much
We should show them respect
and treat them all as such
-------------
They have much to offer,
a lifetime full of dreams,
respect an older person,
they did it tough it seems
-------------
I love to hear their stories
of how it used to be,
life wasn’t quite so easy,
as it is for you and me
-------------
They didn’t have much money,
-no flash cars or fancy clothes
How they managed to have fun,
goodness only knows
-------------
Yes, they set a higher standard,
that we fall far below,
friendship had a moral code,
and trust was all the go
-------------
They gave us a better future
and our worlds a better place,
only it’s a shame,
we do not have their grace
-------------
I’ll always love the stories,
as only oldies tell,
a little piece of history
and a lifetime to retell.

So hopeful of the things to come,
Full of trust in everyone
The present holds them in their hands
They’re pure of heart and times’ demands

The futures waiting bold and bright,
Divinely guided from the light
I speak to them and feel goodwill
My wish for them, that time stands still

Take your dreams into the future
Don’t forget who you should nurture
Love every day of life you live
Remember to honour those who give

Keep your standards always high
Dream big dreams and don’t be shy
Laugh a lot and give to others
Your soul inside is all that matters

but some have gone astray

on the final judgement day

Finding your Life purpose
may be showing that you care

For every little kindness
is a blessing that you show
You will be rewarded
as God will truly know

I like to soar like an eagle
nearly every single day
I have huge belief in myself,
and that God will find my way

When I come across a challenge
where I must go within
I ask God for the answers,
that helps me not to sin

Yes, we all meet different challenges
as we travel through life’s path
Not all are good decisions,
and we deal with aftermath

that God looks after me
For some divinely guided reason
he wants me to be free

Free to breath the air each day
and practice gratitude
Free to love my family,

Free to find a love
that will endure the test of time

Free to face the obstacles
that we sometimes face each day
Free to love God in my own,

If all the world’s eagles
could join and soar together
We’d have no wars, no hate, no greed

Every person in the working world
will reach this point one day
When some younger inexperienced person thinks you no longer have a say

Mature people have seen it all,
through the years they’ve come to know
How to communicate well
and manage people as they go

Just because you’re older
doesn’t mean you’ve lost the plot
You contribute as you always did
and gone gaga you have not
The strangest thing about a life is
that you really don’t feel old
You may look a little worn around the edges, but skills do not get sold

You blame the younger manager
for their inability to see
The precious resource that they have
and use infrequently
------------
It all comes down to knowing
and making use of what you’ve got
A treasure trove of knowledge
in the people you’ve forgot

I liken it to diamonds and
in knowing your staff well
Their strengths, their weaknesses
and the goal to them you sell
------------
An older worker is more loyal
and is less inclined to move you see
The younger ones are always looking
for more opportunity
------------
If you want to hire a worker
who is loyal to the end
You might reconsider an older person,
and your policy amend

If I could pick the perfect colleagues
I’d have a mixture in my Team
Made up of young and old
who share the same vision and the dream.

Do not worry too much,
what is it all about
You're feeling very different and
sometimes left right out

You get the sense that in a crowd
you never quite fit right
Maybe you were meant for bigger things;
to lead people to God's light

You wonder why its very hard
to make a real friend or two
But God might just have
another plan for you

You have a great resilience
to forgive and just move on
To learn the next lesson in life

the people who betrayed your trust
You are a faithful believer
and forgiveness is a must

Don't doubt yourself,
you know yourself ,very deep within
that God is always there for you

To lead people back to God

The Dream Team has arrived
to save the world again
They promise jobs through tariffs
but all we get's more pain

Their unresearched policies
did not pan out so well
The people are now jobless
and life's a living hell

Their former friends and allies
have been turned away,
they deal with Russian friends
who have a lot to say

A power tripping billionaire
goes dippy with a saw
People sacked all over
are soon to become poor

The king sits upon his throne
when he isn't playing golf
If any more fists are in the air
he'll be known as King Adolf

Lets hope the people vote him out
as soon, as soon, can be

for all of humanity.

I love her, miss her, cranky voice

And faced many battles of her own
When we are separated in the end

A gentleman, that’s my brother,
sense of humour like no other
You were so liked, labelled as sweet,
always so chatty to people you’d meet
Great conversations or stories you’d tell,
always had an opinion as well
Never a bad word about others, you’d say,
no matter if someone ruined your day

With your work, you were a real go getter,
always thinking how things work better
You liked surfing the waves in the sun,
dancing so cool or guitar playing fun
You loved your kids, they made you proud,
and spoke of all their achievements out loud

Then a lovely soul came into your life,

Let's transport all the bad guys
in a rocketship to Mars
That dead and blood red planet
named after the god of wars
All aboard the dictators,
the evil and the greedy
Leave the good behind,
the thoughtful and the needy

The war mongers, the murderers
for want of another name
Gather them all up,
as they are quite insane
Ship the nasty and the liars
and include the cruelest of the cruel
Make sure that they get to Mars
with no returning fuel

All the dictators they can go
I don't need to name - you know!
They'll be in the best of company
They can fight each other endlessly
And leave alone you and me
------------
Yes, this rocketship could
take them all to space
And in the process,
leave the earth a better place
Transport them all to Mars
and leave them face to face
It's really in the interest of
the entire human race

Most politicians are simply full of air,
You have to ask yourself "do they really care?"
Have they really lost the plot,
to be so out of touch
Or from elected people,
do we expect too much?

Are we right to expect high standards
from our elected lot
Not to sink to character assassination
or their copy book they blot
-------------
From our pockets their budget dollars come
collecting the money, that benefits none
Not in touch with people real
always stitching up a deal
Gone is diplomatic style and class
replaced with a sarcastic parse

Jobs for the boys all guaranteed
not looking at our real need
Sitting up there in your ivory towers,
telling us crap for hours and hours
So out of touch for what we need
to the people paying little heed

No idea of how the working class survives,
swap places with us, and live our lives
You don't know how we do it tough
Your too busy arguing useless stuff
We elected you to complete a task
lift your game, do we need to ask
Do the job or be replaced
we will judge you as two-faced
------------
You serve us and don’t forget it,
you’re elected on your merit
We’re looking for a doer rare,
a leader who can really care
Not the type we have in place,
who has no class, no style, no grace

Speak the truth and do good deeds,
give the country what it needs
Stand up, be honest, to the voters be true
Deliver what your elected to do!

Look for the nearest exit
when a Narcissist comes your way
Try hard to ignore them
and not let them ruin your day
Don't let them gaslight you
and play their stupid games
Be prepared to walk away,
before the grief and pain

Never let your guard down
around these evil effigies
For they will take a lot
and not give much,
to feed off your energies
See the red flags and heed
the hidden warnings there
See the inner loathing
and know they just don't care

If you're ever wondering
what makes these evil people tick
or how can an individual
be so warped and sick
Narcissists are people
who need control in every way
They empathise with no-one
and strategise each day

Slowly they begin their plot
against a perceived threat
What you see right to your face
is not often what you get
------------
Run, don't walk, so fast away
from this demon entity
They damage they can do to you,
lasts for eternity
------------
When the player comes around,
Love is nowhere to be found
Don’t fill your silly head with dreams
Nothing is as it seems

Don’t kid yourself there’s love,
No divine light from above
He can’t be honest, he’s a liar,
Good at setting worlds on fire

Kills your trust with no remorse
Has no heart or guilt of course
Passion is all faked for show,
Meant to set you all a glow

When your supply of love is gone
He’s always ready to move on
Lesson learned and noted well
He is a soul straight outta Hell

That he is the one who will regret
Never knowing what love is
The awful life and fate is his

It seems the world is getting worse,
as bad as it can be
The murderers, the liars, cheats,
no such thing as selfless me

People have turned away from God
to follow their own path
They forgotten to love each other
and it will end in wrath

The greed, the hate, the jealousy,
the need to kill mankind
It’s everywhere you look today,
its not difficult to find

There's no more help your neighbour,
who has fallen by the way
Its all about what can I get from them;
how can I make them pay?

The trumpet blows loud and long,
about the selfish greed
Never thinking of their neighbours'
and just what they might need
-----------
What happened to empathy and kindness, have we digressed to years gone by
They kill, they maim, they rape and pillage, they don’t think like you and I
-----------
Every day I hear bad news,
of what dictators do and say
I hope it never happens, but
I think World War III is on its way
-----------
Don’t they realise that human life is precious and it’s not for them to take
How can they end it in a moment,
don’t they know for goodness sake!
-----------
That they will go to hell for committed crimes, come judgement day
When God will administer his justice
in his own divine and holy way
-----------
Feel for every soldier,
who puts their life on pause
Most times they are fighting,
for a no-win awful cause
-----------
They sometimes get conscripted and sometimes voluntarily go
They will never be the same again
and maybe they don’t know
-----------
Some may have never seen,
the full horrors of a battle
Their lives destroyed and blown apart
as they slaughter them like cattle
-----------
It isn’t good to see people bloody
and dying in your arms
You can’t pick up the extra pieces
of a body with no qualms
-----------
We are fighting even worse now,
where electronics makes the kill
and removes all sense of guilt,
and it’s done with a free will
-----------
Yes the video games kings,
have entered the arena
and from their distant posts
their flying drones are meaner
-----------
Drones they don’t discriminate,
and don’t recognise surrender
They have no feeling, no morals
and obey the will of sender
-----------
All war is a dirty blemish
on the morals of mankind
Some they have it thrust upon them,
to defend homes and all their kind
-----------
If we remove the dictatorships
and the greedy from the mix
We’d have no wars to start with,
that we would have to fix
-----------
What next - robotic soldiers
going off to fight war too
As they kill everything in the path
its terminated you.

I love a vase of vibrant flowers,
I can appreciate them for hours and hours
The mauves, the reds, the whites and blues,
Flowers come in such wonderful hues
I take photos of how they look when they bloom
They add such a wonderful touch to a room
--------------
In the gardens of houses
they make such a statement
Delivering a message
their owners are patient
Flowers are beauty on a stick,
so simple, yet rare
Like a rose bush still blooming
with a scent in the air
------------
Camelias, Dahlias and petunias grew,
Proteas, tulips and a daisy or too
Lush green lawns manicured just right
with bedazzling flowers adorning the site
------------
God gave us the senses
to take-in these things
The flowers, the trees
and creatures with wings
He gave us a nose to take in the scents
The perfumes, some smells are heavenly sent
------------
Spend time in nature to stop for a rest
You'll find afterwards
you'll give life your best
Take in some nature
and stop for a pause
To appreciate blessings
with a beautiful cause

Buzzing round from flower to flower
Working hard for hour on hour
Making all the flowers grow
Transporter of the pollen flow
------------
Such a small, yet busy mite
In your honey we delight
I've never been too scared of bees
they pollenate the flowers and trees
------------
Save the bees as they save us
Breathing is a basic must
Next time you see a tireless bee
Smile and think “you work for me”
------------
Little gold and black striped vest
Prettier than all the rest
Toiling tirelessly, his life is spent
The bee is truly heaven sent
------------
Seasons come and seasons go,
Summer is the best you know

Water fun and sunny days
Helps to brighten up your ways
Like a kiss upon your face
The suns warm rays are every place
In the pool, we splash and play
If only, always be this way
------------
The air gets cooler everywhere
Autumn winds are in the air
Rustling leaves of red, yellow and brown
the air is cooler, temps are down
Mild days and temperate nights
blankets out to snuggle tight
Go get the woolly PJs out
There’s a chill in the air all about.

Winter shivers, fires get going
In the chimneys smoke is blowing
Scarves and gloves keep out the chill,
wellies needed for that hill
Lots of rain and lots of snow
get the skis out, off we go
Down the mountain travelling fast
Winter fun, snowballs zoom past
------------
Spring is here, the flowers bloom
I cut some for my sitting room
Oh so beautiful, for no reason
Springs' my second favourite season
A feast for the senses, gardens delight
You can hear the crickets at night
------------
Goodness, gee that year went fast
Summers back again at last
------------
I’m not scared of death
because I truly do believe
That there is a Heaven that we go to
when we pass over, and we leave
------------
A place where there’s no hurting
and we never feel pain
A place where we are happy to see our departed loved ones again
------------
I know that they will welcome me,
I’ve seen it in a dream
They’re always there to guide me,
my own loving spiritual team
------------
Today a Willy Wagtail
came down from up in the sky
He sat upon on my car and
looked me in the eye
------------
As I sat there staring at him,
I was trying to decide
Is this a lucky omen
or someone that has died
------------
He stayed a while, he wasn’t shy,
and eyes looked straight at me
I was starting to believe, it was mental telepathy
------------
He had a message from the heavens
to deliver just to me
That’s why I’m writing poetry
as my final legacy
------------
I will not be scared
as I leave this earthly plane
As I will be united
with my loved ones once again.
------------
Do not be too sad
when a loved one has passed on
They have gone to God
and their memory is not gone
------------
Theres no more suffering,
as they’ve left this earthly plane
They’ve gone to be with God
where there isn’t any pain
------------
Where there is a lot of love
and content beyond compare
You have a sense of knowing,
that God’s love is everywhere
------------
They will keep returning back
to let loved ones that remain
Know they are protecting you,
time and time again
------------
For people that have passed away
will keep a watchful eye
Making sure that you are safe
until the time you die
------------
You have a team of angels
who guide you on your path
Ensuring that you keep on track and not incur Gods wrath
------------
For love transcends all worlds and time,
just so you are aware
The beacon of the light of love
for who you really care
------------
Is like a lighthouse in the night and
will always shine so true
It’s always burning brightly
to guide them back to you
------------
When your life is over and
it’s your time to depart
They’ll come to meet you,
the ones who have your heart
------------
There will be a sense of happiness
as they take your hand
They will guide you to meet your God
in the holy land.
------------
The dove of peace is flying
to a distant land of hope
Where all people live in harmony
and that is how they cope
------------
No more wars, no jealousy,
no greed to make people suffer
This island land far away has a war free,
kill-free zone buffer
------------
The people there, live in
peace and harmony
Where all peoples are respected,
all are living free
------------
Free to be themselves
and live peacefully in the land
Free to speak out as they wish,
without a crushing hand
------------
Free to love their neighbour and
return to faith in trust
Free to love the simple things like,
all rights are a must
------------
There's no crime committed there as everyone’s aware
That exile is the punishment
for any crime, you dare
------------
The people there are rich in blessings,
of a different kind
It’s not money or a power base,
just concern for all mankind
------------
They have learned to co-exist
with survivors of all races
Who escaped the nuclear winter
which destroyed all other places
------------
God was smiling down on his believers,
to show them all the way
He saved them so they could start again, amidst nuclear decay
------------
Just follow my commandments
as a guide for your new home
Love your neighbours and your God and you’ll never be alone.
